Vivian Coleman uses archival, light-fast, humidity resistant and durable acrylic pigments. Acrylic paintings are meant to last for a lifetime and more. With reasonable care, your original painting will be sure to become a treasured family heirloom.

Please read product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase. ​ We do our best to provide color accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often differ among devices. If color calibrations are of concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices.

All original painting sales are final as Vivian personally pays a generous amount to ship them with their original stretchers to your door via courier. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. ​ Shipping fees on any and all returned items are not covered by Vivian Coleman Art.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For countries outside of the United States (excluding Canada), your painting will be removed from the stretcher bars and rolled in a tube. The frame will NOT be included. Any duties or import taxes (VAT, GST or Sales Tax) will be paid by the buyer. You will need to take the paintings to a framer to be re-stretched onto stretcher bars.

Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.

Tracking information is available upon request so that you can track your package's route. Paintings shipped to contiguous United States typically arrive between 7-10 business days after shipping. Vivian's studio team is small and dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible. We do not offer express shipping at this time.
